Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully repackage the shower door or hardware in its original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all glass panels are secured and protected.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the crate or box and drop it off at an authorized freight carrier location or schedule a pickup.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items for damage, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
